The event will start around 10:00 AM, but we arrived early around 8:30 AM. As we arrived we noticed that the place was already full of people. According to some of our kababayans, some arrived the night before and stayed overnight to maximize their time on the resort.
Since we arrived early, we immediately checked the place out. It is quite a big resort with a nice, long shoreline. The beach was clean and with clear waters. One of the best beaches I've been to so far here in Saudi Arabia.
They also have jetski's. I inquired and found out that the rental rate is around SR300 per hour. I wanted to go jet-skiing, but unfortunately I didn't bring any swimming gear.
I also rode the a horse and a camel, paying SR10 for each ride.
We were having fun just strolling and roaming around the beach, but the heat was already intensifying by noon time. At 12:00 PM, the special guest that we came to see still hasn't arrived. So, we decided to leave early because we still have work the following day. Although we haven't stayed long enough for the show, we still enjoyed our time in the beach. Looking forward to next year's FilCom Day.
